Outside the main Club building, The Atlantic Club offers a beautiful 1 Mile walking trail around the Manasquan campus.

The mind-body connection offers seniors the opportunity to use their thoughts to positively influence their body’s experience, which can:
• Reduce stress
• Improve overall health • Increase healing ability
The Atlantic Club offers 30 mind body classes a week including all level yoga classes, pilates mat, barre and aqua Tai Chi.

        FACT: Just moving more can help boost your energy, keep your independence, protect your heart, manage symptoms of illness and maintain your weight. Regular exercise is also extremely beneficial for your mind, mood, and memory.
DUPLICATE BRIDGE GAME
Bridge games with sanctioned points every Wednesday from 12:30-3:30PM in Studio B. Light refreshments will be served. No partner necessary.
